Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to everyone who uses CoWatch. By using CoWatch, you agree to follow them.

1. Private conversations

Messages exchanged between friends, partners and members of a group are private. We do not monitor or filter private conversations. We review content only when a participant in the conversation reports it.

2. Clubs

Clubs are shared spaces that may include people who do not know one another. The following are not permitted in clubs:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content.
• Graphic real-world violence or gore, except in a newsworthy or documentary context.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful conduct directed at any person or group.
• Spam, scams, or unsolicited commercial activity.

Club founders may set additional rules. Founders and curators may remove members who do not follow them.

3. Prohibited everywhere

• Any sexual content involving a person under the age of 18, in any chat, room or club. See our Child Safety Standards.
• Sharing intimate images or videos of another person without their consent.
• Illegal content or activity, or content that endangers others.
• Impersonating another person.

4. Reporting

To report a person, open their profile in CoWatch and select Report. Select Block to stop all contact from them. You may also contact us at support@crimsonstudios.app.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in the removal of content, removal from a club, or the suspension or termination of the account. Where required by law, appropriate legal action will be taken, including referral to the relevant authorities.
