Account Deletion

CoWatch, by Crimson Studios

In the app: open You, then Settings, then Privacy and safety, and select Delete my account. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Without the app: send a request to support@crimsonstudios.app from any email address, including your CoWatch username. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

Your display name, username and tag, your keys and push notification address, your recovery key, the link to your Google account (kept only as a one-way hash), and any diagnostic logs sent from your device are removed from our servers. Your username then becomes available to others. On your device, CoWatch removes your friends, chats, history, appearance and levels.

Data that is retained

Information stored on your friends' devices remains with them. Safety reports are retained for 180 days. Aggregate statistics never identified you. Purchase records are held by Google under your Google account.
